This multilingual Accounting Manager (CPA in Venezuela) with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and an IFRS certificate has 20+ years of international accounting and Big 4 experience. Recent experience includes supporting the transition from U.S. GAAP to IFRS with accuracy, integrity and consistency of LATAM business units. Systems experience includes Dynamics AX 2012, Oracle, AS400, SharePoint, Salesforce, Pegasus, IBM Cognos Controller,  TM1, & Analytics, Hyperion, PeopleSoft, SAP, Concur, Adaptive, Bravo and Excel.

Additional qualifications include:

  • Implemented new ERP (accounts payable, purchase orders, and intercompany module) in PeopleSoft- Oracle to match platform of Corporate BUPA
  • Standardized financial performance analysis of eight LATAM business units by implementing identical management decks and financial reporting, providing accurate, reliable, consistent and timely information
  • Customized accounting processes according to new products and channels to effectively measure results disclosed to management committee, reinforcing market strategy in LATAM
  • Helped implement Dynamics
