This manager-level accounting consultant is currently working in a mid-size Public Company, supporting SEC reporting.  They have previously worked at companies performing pre-IPO support, U.S. GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley 404 Compliance, and Mergers & Acquisitions.

Additional qualifications include:

• Managed all financial regulatory affairs, including SEC reporting of 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, Proxy statements, and registration statements
• Prepared and distributed periodic financial statements for external use ensuring that all reports, filings, and documentation complied with company’s regulations, professional standards, and SEC & GAAP reporting guidelines
• Worked closely with outside auditors in connection with annual and special audits
• Led the development and implementation of corporate Policies & Procedures, created training and employee manuals for all levels of employment within the organization
