This bilingual (English & Spanish) Director of Operations and Accounting with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting and an associate degree in Accounting has 12 years of experience in Multifamily and CRE management. Recent experience includes overseeing acquisition/disposition, design, financing and leasing as well as evaluating and reviewing monthly financial reports. Systems experience includes Yardi, Real-Page, Buildium, NorthStar, Entrata, ADP/Payscan, Sage 300, Wrike and Apto.

Additional qualifications include:

  • Managed analysis of projections and financials in the operational oversight of multifamily and commercial real estate investments with a focus on asset optimization
  • Demonstrated a high-level of acumen within the investment and multifamily portfolio management (40 plus FL properties)
  • Managed and analyzed yearly/monthly billings via accounting
  • Established rapport, trust and confidence with clients and peers
  • Demonstrated strong judgment, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
