Debbie brings over 35 years of domestic and international human capital experience within high-growth Fortune 500/1000 and privately-held, PE-backed firms across FinTech, insurance, energy, wireless telecommunications, manufacturing, and consumer products. While serving in senior executive roles, she created and led global talent strategies across numerous countries and is highly experienced in M&A cultural/leadership integration to accelerate individual and team readiness to meet high-growth needs. Debbie served as an internal executive coach to numerous executives and leaders in North America, Asia, Russia, the Philippines, and Eastern and Western Europe. Her global succession/workforce planning and development strategies included extensive research on current and future business needs against current talent portfolio, use of numerous self-assessment tools, and development of leadership programs that leveraged internal and external resources, such as the Board of Directors, industry-specific Wall Street analysts, and C-level executives to build a fulsome and comprehensive approach to accelerate development. Debbie is currently an independent organizational consultant and executive coach, and her coaching approach is rooted in a deep understanding of what drives organizational success and individual excellence. Her mission is to leverage the power of personalized coaching and serve as a change agent to accelerate professional growth and business results.
Debbie has a Master’s degree in Positive Organizational Development and Change from Case Western Reserve University and has also studied at the University of Leuven in Belgium, Ashridge University in the UK, and Harvard Business School. Over the last 15 years, she has served as a guest speaker on topics such as International HR, Employee Engagement, and Generational Differences at Georgia Institute of Technology, and her published work may be found at Levine, Deborah S. Over the years, Debbie has also served the community by serving as a Board of Director on numerous boards.
Debbie resides in Atlanta, Georgia with her spouse of 25 years and has three adult children. When Debbie is not working, she enjoys playing tennis, jogging, being with her dogs, and traveling with her family.
