Leighan is the Director of Management Resources at Brilliant, bringing more than 15 years of leadership experience across recruiting, operations, and talent strategy within Accounting, Finance, and Healthcare. She previously spent over a decade at LaSalle Network, where she led multi-unit teams, built scalable recruiting operations, and partnered closely with executive leadership to drive growth, profitability, and exceptional client outcomes.
Driven by strong relationships, collaboration, and clear communication, Leighan is passionate about building high-performing teams, developing leaders, and creating efficient, people-centered processes. She holds a degree in Economics from the University of Iowa. Outside of work, she lives in the suburbs of Chicago with her two young kids and enjoys traveling with friends.
