Steve is a veteran of the search business. After beginning his professional career as an auditor at Price Waterhouse, where he spent four years, he transitioned into finance and accounting executive recruiting in 1995. In 1999, Steve moved to Chicago, where he became one of the four original founding partners of Addison Search. For the better part of the last 25 years, he has led finance and accounting direct hire teams in Chicago, Boston, and New York. Throughout his career, Steve has been recognized as a top-producing manager, earning five President/Echelon Club awards.
Steve is passionate about customer service and believes that the foundation of long-lasting client relationships is consistent, open, and consultative communication. He is also deeply committed to his role as a “player/coach,” believing that the best way to teach the nuances of the search business is by leading through example.
Steve and his wife of 27 years reside in Naperville and are proud to have raised three wonderful daughters. He enjoys weekend visits to microbreweries and has a deep-seated love for the Los Angeles Dodgers and all things University of Southern California, where he graduated with a degree in Accounting and earned his CPA in 1991.
