The number of U.S. jobs added rose unexpectedly by 336,000 in September with the unemployment rate remaining unchanged at 3.8%. The labor market continues to show signs of strength as the number of jobs added was more than double what experts predicted. However, as the unemployment rate remains the same and wage growth remains slow, economists are keeping a close eye on how to make sense of it all.
